Industrial Wastewater Monitoring

Industrial operations are under ever-increasing scrutiny to tightly monitor their effluent streams’ hazardous contaminants. Petrochemical refineries, pulp and paper mills, tanneries, metal smelters, and chemical plants all produce effluent streams that require extensive treatment and/or sequestration before they can be safely released to the environment. Accidental releases happen all too often, with potentially deadly consequences. It is therefore essential to implement adequate water quality management to actively prevent potential industrial wastewater impacts.

TRITON is capable of monitoring several industrial contaminants through its proprietary spectroscopic analysis module and can be interfaced with any OEM sensor for those that may require a dedicated detection method. Typical industrial wastewater parameters that can be monitored by TRITON include:
